Welcome to Stridge.
1. Who we are
Stridge is operated by Stridge Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, with its mailing address at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, #3375, New York, NY 10013. By using stridge.com, our dashboard, our APIs, or our SDKs (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. What Stridge is
Stridge is software that lets businesses accept, route, and pay out crypto across chains and assets through one SDK.
Stridge never holds, custodies, or owns your money or crypto assets. We don’t operate a wallet, a bank, or an exchange. Regulated activity — on-ramp, off-ramp, conversion, settlement, custody, KYC — is performed by third-party partners under their own licenses and terms. Your use of those services is governed by the respective provider’s agreement.
3. Using the Service
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are located in or a resident of a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or if you are listed on a sanctions or denied-party list of the United States (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.
You connect a self-custodial wallet and hold your own keys. Stridge can’t recover your keys or reverse a transaction you’ve signed. Verify every recipient, chain, asset, and amount before signing. Funds sent to the wrong place may be permanently lost.
Don’t abuse the Service: no fraud, scraping outside our documented APIs, attacks on infrastructure, sanctions evasion, money laundering, impersonation, or transmission of malicious content.
4. Quotes, fees, and availability
Quotes, rates, gas estimates, and settlement times are estimates at the moment of quote. Final amounts may differ. By submitting a transaction you accept the price and conditions at the time of execution.
You pay all network fees, partner fees, and any bank or wallet fees. We don’t control these and don’t refund them.
The Service is provided “as is” and may be modified or suspended for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We don’t guarantee specific uptime unless agreed in a separate written contract.
5. Risks
Crypto and blockchain networks involve significant risk: volatility, congestion, smart-contract bugs, stablecoin de-pegs, MEV, frontrunning, and irreversible loss. Transactions are public and permanent. You accept these risks before using the Service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stridge and Stridge Inc. disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of crypto assets — arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid Stridge in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Stridge and Stridge Inc. harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
7. Law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be finally resolved by binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in English. You waive any right to bring claims as part of a class or representative proceeding.
We may update these Terms; we’ll change the “Last modified” date in the left rail. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
